About the Founder
Wilfred Varghese is a technology professional with over 30 years of experience in software development, IT systems, and professional training. He led IT initiatives at the South Indian Federation of Fishermen Societies (SIFFS), delivering software systems, digital training, and supporting 30+ Village Information Centres.
He has delivered over 20 software and digital transformation projects and currently leads a government-partnered IT training centre. He founded MentorLedIT to support professionals transitioning into UK technology careers.
